I wear many hats within the organisation from overseeing recruitment processes, compliance, learning and development, implementing policies and procedures and collaborating with senior managers on new HR and business strategies. I believe that the best ideas can come from anywhere within the organisation and promote transparent feedback from all levels. Overall, I'm committed to a positive and supportive work environment, where everyone can succeed and reach their full potential.

My job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and ensure that our residents are receiving the highest quality of care. I manage a team of dedicated care professionals, and I work with them to create personalized care plans for each resident. I also collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure that our residents are receiving the best possible care. It's my responsibility to ensure that our care home's meet all regulatory requirements, and that we provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Ultimately, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming home for our residents, where they can live their best lives and receive the care and support they deserve.

As a care coordinator in a care home, my job is to ensure that our residents are receiving the best possible care and support.
